Al Fresco Dining
At the foot of the North Downs, at the gateway to the Garden of England sits the Terrace, part of the Squerryes Winery - a stunning outdoor space with views out across our Rosé vineyard, created to celebrate the joys of ‘al fresco’ dining.
We have carefully spaced our tables to ensure social distancing and minimise contact with other guests. Our private pergola and terrace parasols provide shade and shelter if needed, whilst other tables bask in glorious sunshine.
Our family motto is at the heart of all we do: to enjoy life’s simple pleasures through delicious food and wine
Food From The Garden Of Kent
Seasonal small dishes and glorious sharing plates; select cuts of prime meat and seafood from our coastal waters are at the heart of our menu, created by estate chef, Alexander Baillieu, a chef of 20 years, having learnt his skills under the guidance of the Roux brothers.
In the Garden of England and on the Squerryes estate we have a bountiful larder. The menu has been influenced by the seasons and by the many wonderful local farmers and producers: simple dishes expressing the natural flavours of the region, prepared without compromise.See Our Menu
A Special Wine List
The food is complemented by our award-winning Squerryes, made to the ‘Methode Traditionelle’ using only fruit grown on the chalk soils of the North Downs, a portfolio that includes our famous Rosé and new Blanc de Blancs .
The wine list has been designed by our Master of Wine, Laura Evans an expert in her field for 20 years, her passion shared with you in our list of red, white and fortified wines, each with their own quite fascinating story.
