Squerryes Winery Restaurant

Our family motto is at the heart of all we do: to enjoy life’s simple pleasures through delicious food and wine.

Just outside Westerham, at the foot of the North Downs, sits the Bottle Store restaurant, part of the Squerryes Winery. It is a restaurant like no other - connecting you to a 300 year-old working estate and the heart of a modern English winemaking business.

So that you can fully enjoy your time with us our Covid-19 policy is discreet yet rigorous. To ensure adequate spacing we have reduced the available seats by half to 50 covers, our purpose-built ventilation system ensures 100% of the air is replaced with fresh and clean air every 10 minutes, whilst our team have been trained to ensure we meet the latest government guidelines.

Food from the Garden

Seasonal dishes and glorious signature plates; select cuts of prime meat, locally grown vegetables and seafood from our coastal waters are at the heart of our menu, created by estate chef, Alexander Baillieu, a chef of 20 years, having learnt his skills under the guidance of the Roux brothers.

In the Garden of England and the Squerryes estate we have a bountiful larder, the seasons and many wonderful food and drinks producers influencing Alexander’s menu: simple dishes expressing the natural flavours of the region, prepared without compromise.

A special wine list

The food is complemented by our award-winning Squerryes, made to the ‘Methode Traditionelle’ using only fruit grown on the chalk soils of the North Downs, a portfolio that includes our famous Brut and new Blanc de Blancs.

The wine list has been designed by our Master of Wine, Laura Evans an expert in her field for 20 years, her passion shared with you in our list of extensive red, white and fortified wines, each with their own quite fascinating story.
