The influence of time and terroir
We are experts in English sparkling wine and this is a great case to buy if you're new to us, wanting to discover more about Squerryes, or intrigued to understand more about the influence of time and terroir on our wines.
Henry Warde, owner of Squerryes, has selected these wines to demonstrate the positive influence of our chalk-rich and cooler terroir on the quality of our fruit, giving us the perfect balance of acidity and natural sweetness. Taste the difference through our characteristic long, smooth Squerryes finish.
All these wines have been made using the Great British Classic Method, with two fermentations, the second in the bottle, showcasing the rich secondary aromas associated with this extended time in contact with the lees.
This is a mixed case of two 2017 Vintage Brut, two 2016 Blanc de Blancs and two 2010 late disgorged Brut with over 90 months ageing on the lees.
