We are looking for a talented, forward-thinking Chef de Partie with at least three years of high-quality kitchen experience, or someone who is looking to take that next step up to join our team. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives on working in a team, has a passion for cooking, and an understanding of our values and ethos. They will be focused on delivering the best experience possible for our guests and are eager to learn and challenge themselves.
This role is crucial in the smooth running of the kitchen. You’ll be working with other members of the team and ensuring the very best use of the produce and preservation techniques that we use. You need to be creative and have an impeccable attention to detail.

We are looking for a pro-active person to run our coffee shop, which in the summer months operates from the Vineyard Café and in poor weather plus the winter months, from the indoor Tasting Bar. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives on working in a team but is confident to work alone, has a passion for coffee, and an understanding of our values and ethos. They will be focused on delivering the best experience possible for our guests and are eager to learn and challenge themselves.

We released our first vintage in 2014, in 2018 we opened our Winery consisting of a tasting room and terrace just outside Westerham, creating a special place for food and wine-led experiences for people to enjoy quality time with friends and family.
We now have a Cellar Door, Deli, 2 AA Rosette Restaurant and run popular tours and tastings throughout the year.
We are seeking people to join our team of ambassadors who have a passion for wine and an enthusiasm for the English wine category. An associated qualification is preferable, but not essential. A love for supporting local is also key, with a personal connection either through being a member, living close by or already being a customer of Squerryes. You must be able to talk to new customers, members, and work closely with Squerryes staff so an enjoyment of speaking to others and interacting with them is crucial to the role.
We’re looking to build a team of ambassadors, each with their own distinct personality and strengths. Together their individual strengths complement one another, creating a fantastic team.
This role has no fixed hours, so there is flexibility to this role but weekend availability is crucial. There is no other rigid commitment or minimum number of days we need from you.
There will be a schedule of events and experiences, with the main role in 2025 of our ambassadors to host our tours and tastings, and represent Squerryes off-site. Rotas and work will be shared with you ahead of time which will include:
The frequency of our experiences and events will be dependent on the time of year, with April to August and December being particularly busy periods. There will be experiences and events mainly at weekends, some in the evening, others in the day. We also have some during the week, mostly during the day.

On starting your role we will give you a full brand immersion at Squerryes to give you the confidence to fulfill this role as well as give you time with Squerryes stakeholders that will help grow your knowledge of the brand and business. Annually we will have a training day before the season starts to run through new vintages, give business updates and answer any questions you may have.
Remuneration: £14/ hour depending on experience whilst on site or at away events representing Squerryes.
