Squeryes Brut 21 - as featured on ITV's Love your Weekend

What an honour to be included in ITV's Love Your Weekend with Alan Titchmarsh on Sunday 25th May. Tom Surgoe, one of the shows Wine Experts, chose Squerryes Brut 2021 as part of his 'Spirit of the Sea' feature and mixed it with a Brighton gin to create a twist on the classic French 75 cocktail.

To try Tom's cocktail at home, here is the recipe:

30ml Brighton Spice Circuit gin

20ml lemon juice

10ml sugar syrup

Squerryes Brut 2021

Shake the gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup over ice and strain into  a flute glass. Top with Squerryes Brut 2021 and garnish with lemon peel.
