Squerryes with Friends: Robin Read from The Counter, Tunbridge Wells

Book a seat around the table at our first 'Squerryes with Friends' evenings in the intimate setting of the Cork Room when we welcome Robin Read from The Counter, Tunbridge Wells. Using produce foraged from the Squerryes Estate or sourced from the local area, Robin will be cooking a six-course tasting menu and diners can opt to add a wine flight which will include Squerryes vintage sparkling wine.

Robin is a supporter of artisan farmers, growers and producers and a strong advocate of naturally sourced produce. Working and training alongside some of the industry greats such as the Roux Brothers, Marco Pierre White and Nico Ladenis, he has built his deserved reputation at esteemed restaurants such as Chez Nico and Mirabelle Restaurants, plus 2 Michelin star establishments, Le Gavroche, The Square and Restaurant Paul Heathcote.
